Noah brings policy and advocacy experience to Advocacy Strategies working with governmental bodies at the local, state, and federal levels. He has passions for policy making, government affairs, and communications, and is excited to be a part of the Advocacy Strategies team!

Noah previously served as a District Representative for Congresswoman Ashley Hinson in her Cedar Rapids office, covering outreach in 6 counties. As a District Representative, he coordinated visits for the Congresswoman’s 22-county tour, traveled his region weekly, explored businesses and organizations, and relayed constituent concerns to staff. He is also the former Director of Governmental Relations for the Northern Iowa Student Government. In this role, he spent two years as the lead student advocate for the University of Northern Iowa to the Iowa Legislature, Governor’s office, and Board of Regents. Noah was also the first person to serve two terms as the Student Liaison to the Cedar Falls City Council, where he created relationships with city leaders, discussed university-city issues, and advocated for development of College Hill. He served as a Legislative Intern for U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley in DC researching healthcare, higher education, agriculture, defense, and trade and foreign investment issues.

Prior to leading government relations for the UNI student government, he served a term on the Iowa Youth Congress, in th UNI Student Senate, as the President’s DEI Advisory Committee, on the Intercollegiate Academic Fund Committee, and as past Board Member for Harvesting for the Arts organization.

Noah is a native of Ankeny and proud 4th generation University of Northern Iowa graduate with his B.A. in Political Communication. He was also the recipient of the university’s prestigious 2024 Lux Service Award for his advocacy efforts. He enjoys wearing purple and gold, checking out local coffee shops, music and the performing arts, playing tennis, reading, and is involved in his church. He is excited to meet the unique needs of each client at Advocacy Strategies!
